Certification Options
The CCMP™ is a globally recognized credential established by ACMP for professionals to demonstrate their commitment to leading the way change works. The CCMP™ was developed based on ACMP’s industry-leading Standard for Change Management® (“The Standard”) that defines best practices in change management.

At jTask, we prepare students specifically for the CCMP Exam by teaching them about the ACMP Standard for Change Management© and the Code of Ethics.
As part of the course, we show students how they can practically implement the ACMP Standard at their organization or a customer, how it will work with other Change Management models and Project Management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

In our engaging ChangeFit 360 Change Management Boot Camp, participants raise their change management fitness while preparing for the CCMP™ through a practical, results oriented, ACMP & SHRM Approved training!
Using a case study and the ACMP Change Standard, participants learn and demonstrate how to successfully plan and execute organizational change including using behavior to trigger, action and reinforce change, mitigate change resistance and change saturation and measure change adoption, proficiency and sustainment while gaining 22.5 credits for the full CCMP™educational requirement. Course includes post course coaching!
